George Martin is the Chief Operating Officer of Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s in Gulf Shores, AL and Destin, FL. Employing over 700 employees in a summer season, between the two locations, George will stress the importance of “Training a Winning Team” from first hand experience. George’s professional career in Food and Beverage Management stems from the bustling areas Las Vegas, NV, New York, NY and Tampa, FL before moving to the Gulf Coast and providing world class team-building to this area since April 2013. Opening large restaurant venues and developing award-winning teams with low turnover rates have time-tested his 18 year management style and methods in training. George resides in Fairhope, AL with his lovely wife, Daisy, and his talented daughter Geneva.
